Knowing that line in advance saves a call, and prevents a dispute that ends with a card cancelled for no reason.
When the charge comes
After the intro week ends the monthly renewal begins and continues until cancelled. On the annual plan the charge comes once a year.
The rhythm of payment
- The first week is a one-time intro price, then it renews monthly until you cancel
- An annual plan is available instead of monthly
If you do not recognise it
Look for the payment provider's name on the statement first, then check the pricing page to match the amount. A direct dispute is slower than cancelling.
